Todd Susman is an American actor. On Futurama, he provided the voice of the DOOP camp's public address announcer in "War Is the H-Word", a reference to the role he had in M*A*S*H as one of the two never-seen P.A. announcers of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital. Outside of Futurama and M*A*S*H, he is also known for recurring roles in Newhart and St. Elsewhere, and has appeared in minor roles in dozens of television shows and films since the 1970s.
