General
The Vice Presidential Action Rangers are a "group of top nerds" tasked, by the constitution, to protect the time-space continuum from disruptions. Whether the rangers actually exist is slightly debatable as their only appearance to date has been via the What-If Machine, also they may have disbanded since the 20th Century.

The current team is different, Nichelle is not a member, Al is not the leader, the rest of the team is likely different as well. It is also unknown who the current Vice President is (possibly the headless body of Spiro T. Agnew). However, in Xmas Time Is Fear, Nixon promised the role to both Santa Claus and the Robot Devil. It is likely these were empty promises.
