Victor is a salesman who works at Malfunctioning Eddie's Rocket Car Emporium and speaks in the third person. He uses hard sell tactics to make people spend more on cars such as the Beta Romeo. He has sold cars to both Amy and Lrrr.

Victor may be a reference to Ricardo Montalbán, who was Chrysler's spokesman for the Chrysler Cordoba.
He appeared in "Sideshow Fry", but his appearance was mixed up with the Thundercougarfalconbird salesman.
- He appears selling the Thundercougarfalconbird in "Lrrreconcilable Ndndifferences", however, in his correct appearance and voice.
