Weather Entity Hal is the Blob weatherman on the Channel √2 News program hosted by Morbo and Linda.

Writers tend to avoid placing Morbo, Blobs and Lrrr in the same episode due to similar voies, so if Hal appears in an episode he may be the first adult male Blob not voiced by Maurice LaMarche, or Morbo won't appear in the episode.
