Wong Island is a casino in Mars Vegas owned by Leo and Inez Wong. In 3012, it was briefly owned by the native Martians, and Amy told Zoidberg that he could use the spa tub in its high-roller suite (7ACV12).

- Wong Island is a parody of the Las Vegas hotel and casino Treasure Island. Its name may also be a reference to New York's Long Island.
