Eligible characters for this category?

So, I've just added a few more characters to this category here and there, and was wondering if we should list people such as Yivo, who kind of served the opposing role as well as the good-guy role. Heck, even Fry held the title of antagonist during Fun on a Bun. Is there some kind of specific criteria we should follow to decide who's worthy of being put in this category? -UnrealLegend (talk) 13:23, 5 July 2013 (CEST)

I'd say only characters who are either recurring antagonists or memorable for being antagonists should be in the category.
