The Waiter on the Green is a waiter at Elzar's Cavern on the Green. He's assumably instructed to read to the customers from a prepared history of the restaurant, as he asked Leela to do so in "The Late Philip J. Fry".

In "The Mutants Are Revolting", the Waiter is seen at the Astor Endowment Fundraiser. He seems to be working in the New New York Historical Society building.
