Joseph Gilman or Fishy Joe is the owner of Fishy Joe's and mostly sells any kind of animal at his resturant as long as it tastes nice. He doesn't care about the environment and as a result is hated by M.E.A.T.. He will buy any kind of food from someone if it is popular.
