Like all other Brain Spawn, the Big Brain cannot stupefy [[Philip J. Fry|Fry]] as he has no [[Delta Brain Wave]], the only way to deal with him is to argue. This is dangerous, as the Brains are clever and Fry is stupid. But Fry also has a fair idea of what is right and what is not, so he eventually chooses to do the right thing. Fry pictures the Big Brain as a giant nerd, and thus instantly finds the place where it hides: the Library. Hard thinking by other people hurts the Big Brain, like all Brain Spawn - probably one reason why they hate all conscious thought, maybe the Delta Brain Wave is harmful to them. Like the other Brain Spawn, the Big Brain has the ability to float and to project a stupefication field that eradicates all intelligence inside the blast radius.
