Chester A. Arthur was the president of the United States from 1881 to 1885. In the 31st century, he lives at the Head Museum along with the other former U.S. presidents.
During the Brainspawn's attack on Earth, Fry used the H2OGfat from Arthur's jar to put out the fire on the Professor's arm. [3ACV07]
Arthur's head also appears in the front row of Fry's funeral, along with Guenter and the crew. [4ACV12]
Production
It is noted in the commentary for "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid" that the line "Chester A. Arthur fall down" originally was "Chester Arthur fell down", but the A made it sound much funnier.
