Chief O'Mannahan is the police chief of the New New York Police Department. She was Philip J. Fry's employer in "Law and Oracle". She is revealed to be in a robosexual relationship with URL. When Fry first joined the police department, she was apparently pregnant, as she had given birth to a daughter in the station's girls bathroom.
