The Clone-O-Mat is an invention by Professor Farnsworth made at least 12 years ago. The machine has a big tube full of a blue liquid where the clone spawns unanimated, then it is opened to free it. Farnsworth used it to clone himself using "one of the shapelier growths" and it made Cubert, a clone of him when he was 12-years-old. It was later about to be used to clone Fry's dog Seymour but Fry changed his mind and destroyed the machine.
