The headless clone of Agnew was created presumably in 3012 to replace the original Agnew after he was killed by being run over with a golf cart in Into the Wild Green Yonder. This most likely means that the holiday episode was definitely not canon. However, Dick Cheney may have been temporarily serving as vice president while the clone was being created.
