Expansion

Currently we're focusing our efforts on breadth, rather than depth. We hope to have articles on nearly every subject in the Futurama universe, and then we'll expand the existing articles. But don't let that stop you from editing existing articles. However, this means that if you don't know much about a subject, but still want to see a page created, you can create the page with minimal information, in the knowledge that it'll be expanded later (by you or by someone with greater knowledge on the subject).

Screenshots

I'm (Buddy) currently taking screenshots for the articles. My hope is to have at least one screenshot for each article. However, if you wish to make a non-screenshot image (i.e., a chart or timeline), feel free to do so and include it in the appropriate article. If you upload screenshots, keep in mind that they may be replaced later on (but don't let that discourage you - even placeholder or low-quality images are better than nothing).

Okay, I'm not able to take screenshots anymore, and may not for some time. So, when uploading images, just remember to keep them as high-quality as possible. Buddy 14:07, 30 April 2006 (PDT)

Timeline

There's a timeline of Futurama on Wikipedia, you guys gonna copy it over?

If you wanted to do that, you could go right ahead. The problem is finding where to link it, since we're trying to avoid orphaned pages. If you can find an appropriate place to link to a timeline, feel free to create one. Buddy13

It would be most relevent on a history related thing, time travel and such. So Roswell that Ends Well, The Why of Fry and the "Time Bender Trilogy" in the comics are most appropriate, but they don't have articles. - Quolnok 06:26, 15 April 2006 (PDT)

Well, now that one of the above articles exists, it has somewhere to be linked from. When I'm done with Futurama (video game) I'll copy over and cite Timeline of Futurama - Quolnok 00:26, 27 April 2006 (PDT)
...or someone can beat me to it.

Logos

I'd like to create (or see someone create, as I'm limited in my capability right now) super-clean logos for companies and products (i.e., the Planet Express logo, Slurm logo, MomCorp log, et cetera), to be used as the top image on the relevant pages. The preferred format would be SVG, to allow scaling to any size (and they're prettier), but PNG also works, if you don't have the ability to create SVG graphics.
