Hutch Waterfall was the brother of Frida Waterfall and the great-grandson of Old Man Waterfall. He was a mind reader and a member of the Legion of Mad Fellows, prominent for his right hand position to Nine. He was killed by the Last Dark One, but his DNA lives on in the Last Encyclopod.
