Leroy is a sailor who hires out his ship to whale keepers so that they can capture whales. He says that while he agrees with their principles he never clicks with them on a personal level. While hired by Fry to recapture Leelu he somehow managed to loose his right eye and both hands, which were replaced with hooks.
