Minimum Obligations Manual is a book containing the mandatory speech given when a Planet Express employee has been working for the company for a certain number of years. It was used by Hermes in 3002 when Zoidberg had been working at Planet Express for 10 years. [3ACV11] The opening paragraph reads:

Dear employee. Has it really been five, 10 or 15 years? If not, please disregard this and get back to work. Distribute token of appreciation and applaud.
