Nylar 4 has never actually been seen, but referred to, it is inhabited by the Yarn People. It is a member of the Democratic Order of Planets and a play on the word nylon, a type of string.
It was mentioned by Zapp Brannigan, as he was convinced that Leela was going to use the over-sized scissor as part of a neutral plot to assassinate the Yarn People of Nylar 4.
