The Scooty-Puff is a brand of scooter that comes in at least two versions. The smaller of these, Scooty-Puff, Jr., is a wind-up, clockwork-powered device apparently designed for kids. Its logo is a baby puffin with a safety helmet, uttering the words "Who's ready for safe fun?"
