The sewer mailman is a mailman in the New New York sewers. He uses his body as a mailbag and his one eye as a hand. He master bates on the mail before he delivers it.
In 3013, he delivered mail to the Turanga house. [7ACV22] According to Leela's mother, he was single at the time.
