The Shubot Theater is a theatre where, in 3013, Calculon performed his one-man show, Calculon Is HAL 9000. [7ACV20] Fry, Leela, Bender, Professor Farnsworth, Hermes, Zoidberg, and Amy were there. The show was poorly received, and a newspaper reported plans to demolish the theatre due to it.
After Calculon's second death, Mayor Poopenmeyer dedicated a walk-of-fame star in front of the theatre to him, for his final appearance on All My Circuits.
Production
The Shubot Theater was envisioned as late as March 2012, and was the idea of Futurama writer Eric Rogers, [1] who did not author 7ACV20.
