Additional Info

Quotes

  • Mutant: Did you say comix?
Professor: No, comics! Now keep on truckin' back to the underground, mutant!
  • Comic Book Guy: I always knew one day robots would enslave us! Fine, I surrender! But only if I can have a metal slave bikini like Princess Leia's from "Return of the Jedi".
Url: Aw, man, I don't even have a stomach, and that image makes me nauseous!
  • Ralph Wiggum: The space ship is hugging me!
  • Lisa: Does this sort of thing happen a lot in your line of work?
Bender: Being totally boned? Oh yeah.
  • Brannigan: Kif, you shrunk my velour top again!
Kif: Yes, it must have shrunk after your last visit to the Buffet Galaxy!
  • Homer: I don't wanna complain, but your replicator makes really bland food.
Fry: Homer you've just been printing pictures of food from the internet.
    Homer: Oh.
Zoidberg: So are you going to finish that?
  • Bender: NOOOOO! An alien is bursting out of my chest! And it's got my last beer!

Outside References

  • Professor Frink's line "Realities collapsing. Worlds colliding. Must warn others..." is taken from Crisis on Infinite Earths.
  • "Dr. Frahnkensteen" and "Eyegor" from "Young Frankenstein" can be seen at the scientists' meeting.
  • In a commercial, Gil the Salesman (now working for Malfunctioning Eddie) advertises George Jetson's flying car (mentioning that George "was killed in a treadmill accident while walking his dog"), and a British phone booth that's "compact outside [and] roomy inside", a reference to the Doctor's TARDIS from Doctor Who.
  • The first delivery the Simpsons tag along on is to "an ice planet in the Lucas Galaxy", which turns out to be a parody of the Hoth sequence in The Empire Strikes Back.
  • Later, there are two more deliveries parodying Aliens and 2001: A Space Odyssey, respectively.
  • in the 3rd delivery you can see Uatu the watcher
