Discussion

I was thinking that our voice actor articles has "memorable characters", but what if our readers want a list of all characters voiced by this voice actor? So I am thinking a category like Category:Characters voiced by Billy West. I think the infobox should take care of itself, so in the future, you should provide links around the voice actors, the infobox will do that itself, especially now with the table, where we can split up the actors for specific tasks (e.g. Michelle and Robot Santa are both voiced by two different actors, so they should be split in the table for the future or something). --SvipTalk 15:58, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

I have one concern. While we could do it manually, I'd like to see the {{character infobox}} being able to create the categories itself, simply by allowing users to add the parameter as usual, which would then create the categories. If a character has multiple voices, well, then, it simply uses the already existing table, just describe the conditions, rather than using it for its usual to be several characters.
One real issue is the conversion from the current system to new system, which would require edits upon all character articles. There are ways to lessen this conversion, but none of them are really pretty, and a good (perfect) solution would be the hardcore version where I just sit would pull my ass together and start editing ad libetum. --SvipTalk 12:02, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
