Zapp?

I know the trail was held by Zapp, but was it really him against them, or was it Earth? I mean, technically they violated an international, if not interplanetary law, meaning that Zapp was pretty much just the judge at hand, but it wasn't his trial against them, he arrested them for breaking the law.

So the real question is, was it Earth or DOOP? That is somewhat difficult to answer, cause while Zapp often seems to run mission on behalf of DOOP, he also does it for Earth alone, but can Earth really have jurisdiction over Omega 3? --SvipTalk 17:45, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

I had that same problem. I didn't know if it was Earth or DOOP, and since Zapp was the one to take them into custody, and didn't take them to any big court, I had to put Zapp. If there's any better title, go ahead. Chris of the Futurama2 01:20, 20 March 2009 (UTC)
