You There was Vladimir's butler for many decades. When his master died, he leaves him a pittance to be paid in 20 equal instalments of one-twentieth of a pittance each. Then, he burst into tears.
In a deleted scene, he explains that despite how terrible Vladimir treated him, he still loved him.
