The Cookieville Minimum-Security Orphanarium is a New New York-based orphanage. Severely understaffed, they provide a cold, uncaring environment for young children without parents to grow up in. It is also the orphanarium where Leela was left as a child.

In response to a generous donation from Bender of 12 orphans and a check for $1200, the Orphanarium was renamed "Bender Bending Rodríguez Orphanarium".

One of the current residents, named Sally, has a tail and an ear on her forehead. It is likely that she has a similar background to Leela.
