The First Destruction of New York City was thought to be caused by aliens whilst Fry was frozen. While he is in the cryogenic freezing chamber, some ships are seen through the window destroying Old New York. However the truth isn't found out until 3007. Nudar and the scammers discover time travel and force Bender to steal the riches of the world. Bender travelled back in time and stole the Nobel Peace Prize. He is chased by Sweden towards New York where he multiplies his ships and destroys the city during his escape.
