• He is based on Isaac Washington, the bartender from The Love Boat.
• iHawk might be a possible relative who appears in War is the H-Word
• His name follows the pattern (and parodies) of many Apple products, which insert a lower-case "i" before a common word to make a product name. iHawk is another example.
