When the article is featured?

What happens with for example the Fry-Leela relationship nomination section now that it has been featured and thus no longer serves a purpose here? Is it simply erased from this page or is it to be archived someplace? Aki 15:28, 30 August 2010 (CEST)

So far, we have simply erased them. Then a note is made on its talkpage, as well as the list here: Infosphere:Featured articles. I don't see the need for archiving, though. --Sviptalk 15:34, 30 August 2010 (CEST)

2010 21: New New York

New New York has been chosen for fortnight 21, after three positive votes against none negative. Aki 12:09, 3 October 2010 (CEST)

Inactivity

The featured articles for fortnights 17 through 20 were reprises from 2009. My assumption is that this was a consequence of the increasing lack of interest in article featuring. And I don't think that we looked exactly good for it.

Should users continue not to contribute to the featuring, I'll try to be here every week with a new nomination and there will still be featured articles. However, the subjects of the articles that I'll be nominating will, in an effort to keep this up for as long as is necessary, come from specific episodes, because that's what's easier for me.

I started with Blinky, 1ACV01 material, two weeks ago. As you'll understand, this is a rather boring scenario. So I ask of you, other Infospherians, to be patient with my choices as I attempt to keep the Main Page as fresh as possible. And to begin Featured article nominating now! Reprises...

WHY ARE WE DOING REPRISES? There are like 10 articles nominated! Somebody has to keep up with this! I would, but I can't, because I'm not an admin. Kif (talk) 01:34, 23 October 2012 (CEST)
