Goof on constellations

I think in practice constellations are used to designate areas of space, at least for us Earthicans, so this isn't really a goof? For example, see here. And if this isn't considered a goof, maybe we can move it to "Allusions" to emphasis the fact that the whale biologist is studying bears in the Great Bear constellation?

In the educational video on the biology of amphibiosans, there is the subtitle "Number 4261 in a series of 4261". Does anyone know what it refers to?
