C-SPAN9 is an Earthican public affairs television channel. During the 3000 presidential election the channel broadcast The Thrill of Politics, a debate program where the candidates Jack Johnson and John Jackson argued over the issues of the day (2ACV03). It's unknown what other programming the channel has.
