The Robo-Monkeys were a species of robotic apes created by Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth that inhabited the Robot Planetoid during August of 3010. They probably evolved from R2 units and later originated the Robo-Cavemen.
Museum of Natural Robo-History
The Robo-Monkeys were remembered in the Ascent of Bot, an exhibit at the Museum of Natural Robo-History which shows a chronologically ordered evolution of species consisting of bedsprings, Trilobots, R2 units, Robo-Monkeys, Robo-Cavemen, and fully evolved Robot Humans.
