I think it would be better if the style was:

• Contents: Prizes for the claw crane
• Members of the crew: Amy, Bender, Fry, Leela
• Delivery to: Sal
• Delivery at: Luna Park, Moon
• Notes: First delivery for the new crew, consisting of Leela, Fry and Bender.
• Appearance:"The Series Has Landed" (1ACV02)
