Location | USA, around 20th century |

The Vice Presidential Action Rangers was a "group of top nerds" tasked, by the U.S. constitution, to protect the space time continuum from disruptions. Whether the rangers actually exist is slightly debatable as their only appearance to date has been via the What-If Machine, also they may have disbanded since the 20th Century.
