Frank Tubesteak is the owner of The Hot Dog Shack. Along with Flarg and Stephen Jenkins, he is trying to destroy the Earthies restaurants. He was going to fake an accident the day after, Fry blew up one of the Earthies restaurants. But because King Wendell was trying to turn a profit in his business, he was going to let him and the other restaurants owners, accidently blow up a Restraunt, in order to collect the insurance from the accident. One of Bender's viruses, which he caught online while buying music for the Earthies jukebox, infected in the ship, he, Flarg, Stephen Jenkins and King Wendell were in, which caused it to expload, and possibly killing all four.
