Thermostadt is a picturesque yet morbid city and the capital of the Robo-Hungarian Empire. It is populated by superstitious robots, including Bender's uncle Vladimir. ^[2ACV18] Vladimir's gothic castle overlooks the city.

Thermostadt is a play on thermostat and stadt. Stadt is the German word for city.
