Chris Sauve is an animator who was a director and animation timer for Futurama. He directed the season-2 episode "The Lesser of Two Evils", which originated the Fry meme. Outside Futurama, he has worked on various films and T.V. series, including Nickelodeon's The Ren & Stimpy Show, where Billy West played Stimpy (and, from the third season onwards, Ren).
